Jordi Sentíes
Jordi Sentíes has been in the nautical industry since January 1976. He started at Talleres Nautic, went on to acquire his first company — Ibermar Marina S.A. — and worked as a broker at Marina Masnou. In 1982 he joined Astilleros Astondoa, one of Spain's most prestigious shipyards, where he became International Commercial Director. It was during that period that he created Sent-Yacht, which included its own boatyard.
His knowledge of the sector comes from having lived it from the inside: workshop, boatyard, shipyard, commercial directorship and direct sales. He has worked with builders such as Astondoa, Pershing, Antago, Ferretti and Maiora. He is not a middleman who consults catalogues; he knows the vessels, their builders and their market through direct experience.
Jordi served as president of FADIN (the Spanish Federation of Nautical Industries, Commerce and Services) and ADIN (the Catalan Association of Nautical Industries, Commerce and Services) for eight years each. Today he manages every operation personally from El Masnou. One phone number, one contact, every step of the way.
Selection criteria
What we look for before representing a boat
There is a Catalan saying: al pot petit hi ha la bona confitura — in a small pot you find the best jam. We could manage more boats. We choose not to.
We inspect every vessel before accepting to represent it: documentation, mechanical condition, maintenance history, presentation. We only manage boats we can back with technical knowledge and sell with honesty. A limited catalogue means more time per sale: a well-founded valuation, careful photography and real follow-up on every viewing.

El Masnou and the western Mediterranean
Our base is at Port Esportiu El Masnou, on the Maresme coast, 20 minutes north of Barcelona. It is a professional port that combines good connections with reasonable costs, away from the congestion of Port Olímpic.
From here we operate across Barcelona, the Maresme, the Costa Brava and the Balearic Islands. Jordi knows these ports, their nautical communities and their particularities because he has been working in them for decades.
